Smokehouse Chicken & Guns has done it again, bringing an artfully composed brunch of two crostinis. One nestles a jammy egg between fresh arugula, prosciutto, chevre, and chives. The other balances creamy avocado slices, smoked salmon, a drizzle of olive oil and microgreens. All served alongside hot, ultra-crispy country potatoes, an herbaceous dipping sauce, and fresh fruit salad.
