Our estate grown Chardonnay is fermented entirely in stainless steel with minimal manipulation. A nod to Alfredo Apolloni’s Italian roots a reflection of the cooler climate of our northernmost Willamette Valley location in the Tualatin Hills AVA.

Pinot Blanc is ideally suited for the cooler climate of the Tualatin Hills AVA in the northern Willamette Valley. Delightful, aromatic and dry, ours is made in the traditional Italian Pinot Bianco style and fermented entirely in stainless steel.

Pinot Grigio Ramato (Ramato roughly translates to Copper) is when Pinot Grigio grapes are crushed and the skins are allowed to spend time with the juice. A teasing, tactile texture and coppery hue results in a distinct wine style.

Partially fermented in French Acacia barrel, this cool climate Pinot Gris brings stunning aromatics. This unique Pinot Gris is harvested from our sustainably farmed estate located in the Northern Willamette Valley’s Tualatin Hills AVA.

Crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir (44%), Nebbiolo (38%), and Sangiovese (18%) grapes, our 2024 Estate Rosé Blend is a vibrant expression of our Italian heritage reimagined through Oregon soil. Tropical aromas of passionfruit and tangerine lead into juicy flavors of red cherries, fresh basil, and sea foam. A wine where old-world varietals meet new-world terroir - elegant, expressive, and unmistakably ours.
